Being part of a family that is gluten intolerant makes it necessary to do ones own baking at times. I made these two creamy pumpkin pies which my family devoured.
You are correct in thinking I needed to make gluten-free waffles. But the surprise is that I love to make homemade ice cream. This was delicious spicy honey and blackberry ice cream.
This to me is a true feat of engineering and chemistry. You have to make a crust that is light enough and sticky enough to adhere to the chicken. The oil must be at the perfect temperature and then the cooking time must be exact. Crunchy and moist!
Luckily, I burn calories quickly!
I wanted to share this for the geometric symmetry and the use of shadow. I have also been trying many exotic savory and sweet creations. My family thoroughly enjoys waffles.
