I worked at GSOA as a temporary employee to conduct a focused audit of aged accounts for their surgical center. This gave me valuable workplace training. I learned how to interact in a business environment as well as use databases and spreadsheets to analyze financial data.
In this internship, I am learning how to set up networks, troubleshoot high-level computer issues, and how to run a successful call center. This internship has allowed me to gain an appreciation for solving real-world technical problems in a time-sensitive environment.
